- If your claim is approved, we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or offer another solution (e.g., replacement without return), depending on the case.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
6. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return:

- We will notify you by email whether your return is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed according to Section 7.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production has started.
